Terms and Conditions

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. All credit/debit card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by HSBC Card Services. Any charges will appear on you credit/debit card statement as "C Clare (Wirral)".

Returns
We accept returns for any items provided that they are returned in the same condition that you received them and that the original packing and tags are in still in tact. Each order that we ship includes a returns note with information on where to send it to. Once we have received any return we will credit the card that you used to pay for the goods within 7 days. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 days for the credit to appear on your card but this is normally 48 hours.

Prices
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling.

In the event that goods despatched by Recorded Delivery are not traced, we will replace such goods at no extra cost to you.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us, at info@classylingerie.co.uk your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and we will attempt to resolve it within 5 working days.

Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer
