Delivery Informataion

We send all items by recorded delivery using the royal mail. This is free for all orders over £40. Orders under £40 will incur a postage and packaging charge of £2.95

Once your item has been shipped we will email you the tracking number so that you may track its route online with the royal mail free of charge.

90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, however some items do go out of stock but we have weekly deliveries ensuring that any wait is no more than 7 days. If this is the situation we will inform you by email to let you know the expected delivery date.

During the busy Christmas period we will guarantee stock availability on all items listed in the Christmas section and clearance sections only.
